FreshStats is a baseball analytics and research platform providing MLB statistics, weather data, and player probability models. The Service is intended for informational and research purposes only.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
Resell or redistribute Service data without written permission
Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent any security measures
Use the Service to facilitate illegal sports betting where prohibited

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or predictions. Statistical models are probabilistic and not guarantees of outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

FRESHCMD, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any losses related to sports wagering decisions made using our data.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by FRESHCMD, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
