Overview
We want you to be satisfied with FreshStats Pro. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for subscription payments.
Free Trial
FreshStats does not currently offer a free trial for Pro subscriptions. A free account tier is available to evaluate the platform before upgrading.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following circumstances:
- You were charged in error due to a technical issue on our end
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription
- The Service was unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our end
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge in question.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at billing@freshstats.ai with your account email and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.
